This policy explains how Trelinx Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with its AI contact centre platform and website (trelinx.com.sg). It is issued in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

1.Who we are

Trelinx Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore. We provide an AI-powered inbound contact centre platform — including AI voice, AI messaging, and a unified operations dashboard — to business clients ("Clients") in Singapore.

In the context of data we collect directly (e.g. website visitors, demo enquiries), Trelinx acts as the data controller. In the context of end-customer data processed on behalf of our Clients (e.g. caller recordings, WhatsApp messages), Trelinx acts as a data processor and our Clients are the data controllers.

2.Personal data we collect

a. Website and enquiry data

Collected when you submit a demo request or contact form on trelinx.com.sg:

  • Name and job title
  • Business email address and phone number
  • Company name and industry
  • Information you voluntarily provide in free-text fields

b. Platform data (end-customer data processed on behalf of Clients)

Collected through the Trelinx platform during live operations:

  • Caller name and phone number (voice channel)
  • WhatsApp sender name, phone number, and message content (messaging channel)
  • Call recordings and transcripts
  • Booking, payment, and follow-up interaction logs

c. Client admin and agent data

Collected when Clients onboard their teams to the Trelinx dashboard:

  • Name, work email, and login credentials of authorised users
  • Usage logs and dashboard activity

d. Technical and usage data

Collected automatically when you visit trelinx.com.sg:

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Pages visited and referral source

3.How we use personal data

Website and enquiry data

  • Respond to demo requests and enquiries
  • Communicate information about Trelinx's products and services
  • Improve our website and marketing

Platform data

Processed on behalf of our Clients solely to:

  • Deliver the AI voice and messaging services the Client has contracted for
  • Enable escalation to human agents
  • Generate transcripts, analytics, and audit logs for the Client's dashboard
  • Detect and strip personally identifiable information (PII) prior to AI processing, using AWS Comprehend

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use end-customer data for advertising or marketing.

4.Legal basis for processing

  • Contractual necessity — to fulfil our service agreement with Clients and to respond to enquiries
  • Consent — where individuals have consented to be contacted or to their calls being recorded; our platform includes built-in AI disclosure and recording-consent prompts at the start of every call
  • Legitimate interests — for security, fraud prevention, and platform improvement, where those interests are not overridden by individuals' rights

5.Disclosure to third parties

We share personal data only with the following categories of third-party processors, each engaged under appropriate data processing terms:

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) — cloud hosting (Singapore region) and PII detection (AWS Comprehend)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • WhatsApp Business API provider — messaging channel infrastructure
  • Telephony provider — voice channel infrastructure
  • Google (Google Analytics) — website usage analytics

We do not transfer personal data outside Singapore except where the receiving jurisdiction provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, or where adequate contractual safeguards are in place.

6.Data retention

  • Call recordings and transcripts: retained for the period specified in the Client's service agreement, or 12 months by default
  • WhatsApp message logs: same as above
  • Enquiry and contact data: up to 24 months from last interaction, unless consent is withdrawn earlier
  • Dashboard access logs: up to 12 months

7.Your rights under the PDPA

  • Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request that inaccurate personal data be corrected
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for processing at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Erasure — request deletion of personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations

To exercise these rights, submit a request via our Data Request page or contact our Data Protection Officer directly. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

If you are an end-customer of one of our Clients (e.g. you called or messaged a business that uses Trelinx), please direct your request to that business. We will cooperate with our Clients to facilitate any access or erasure requests.

8.Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Our platform's PII Protection feature detects and strips sensitive data before it is processed by AI models.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected parties and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in accordance with the PDPA's mandatory breach notification requirements.

9.Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the trelinx.com.sg website. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
