Getting Started
What does Trelinx actually do?
We give you an AI that answers every inbound call and message — voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger. It books appointments, collects deposits, and hands off to your team when needed. One dashboard, every location, 24/7. Singlish-aware out of the box.
How long does it take to deploy?
Live in 3–5 working days. We do the build — knowledge base, AI agents, integrations, telephony. You give us a 15-minute discovery call, send your knowledge (URLs, PDFs, FAQs, price lists), and we set the whole thing up. No developers needed on your end.
What channels does Trelinx cover?
Inbound voice calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger. The AI also sends customer-initiated follow-ups via SMS and WhatsApp — booking confirmations, reminders, payment links.

Does Trelinx do outbound cold-calling?
No. Trelinx is inbound-only. The AI answers calls and messages from your customers — it doesn't dial leads or run cold campaigns. We do send customer-initiated follow-ups (booking confirmations, reminders, payment links), but never unsolicited outreach.
